Job Title:Oracle Service Cloud CX Consultant

Location- Remote

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Cloud CX Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver customer service solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX) solutions
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure modules such as Incident Management, Knowledge Base, Chat, and Customer Portal
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and reports
  • Perform data migration, integration, and system enhancements
  • Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business users
  • Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX)
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and CRM systems
  • Experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Familiarity with SQL, data management, and reporting tools
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Portal (CP), Agent Desktop, and scripting
  • Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems
  • Exposure to Oracle CX ecosystem or other CRM tools
  • Oracle certifications in Service Cloud CX
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities

Working Conditions:

  • Work in client-facing or consulting environments
  • May require coordination with global teams and flexible working hours
