Job Title:- ServiceNow Integration Consultant (Oracle ERP)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design workshops for ServiceNow and Oracle ERP integrations.
Define integration strategies, data flows, API frameworks, security models, and governance standards.
Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities and best practices.
Review technical designs and implementation approaches created by client delivery teams.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable integration solutions.
Establish reusable integration patterns and architecture standards.
Advise on complex integration challenges and risk mitigation.
Create and review architecture documentation, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow experience in consulting, architecture, or solution design roles.
Demonstrated experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP.
Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience developing architecture and solution design documentation.

Required Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Integration Hub Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
Experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Additional ServiceNow certifications and architecture credentials.
