Java Lead / Architect

Define and implement end-to-end architecture for Java-based applications using Spring Boot.Design microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.Establish best practices for API design, security, and performance optimization.Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with business goals.

Provide technical leadership & governance across development teams.Review code, design patterns, and architecture to ensure adherence to standards.Mentor and guide developers, ensuring skill development and quality delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, Business).

Lead development of RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.Ensure proper CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment strategies.Drive adoption of cloud-native development (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).Oversee integration with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.

Ensure applications meet high availability, scalability, and security standards.Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Implement logging, observability, and resilience patterns (e.g., circuit breakers).

Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17+).Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.Hands-on experience with:REST API developmentHibernate / JPAMessaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)API Gateways (Zuul, Spring Cloud Gateway)Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions, etc.).
