We are currently hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer for a highly technical team supporting a critical internal enterprise application used for inbound and outbound workflows.

This role is 70% backend focused, and interviews are very technical, requiring strong hands-on expertise.

Work location: Charlotte, NC (CLT)

NO OPT /CPT

onsite interview mandatory

Role Highlights:

8+ years of Software Engineering experience
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Hands-on with MongoDB and ReactJS
Experience working in Agile / Full SDLC environments
Exposure to PCF or OpenShift (OCP) is required
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
