Job Title: UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Project Manager

Client: Apex System / BILH (Beth Israel Lahey Health)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid up to 25% onsite travel)

Project Overview

BILH is undertaking a multi-year enterprise-wide UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) implementation across its health system.

The Project Manager will lead full lifecycle delivery of UKG Pro WFM modules including:

• Timekeeping
• Advanced Scheduling
• EZ Call
• Timeclocks

This role will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across:

• HR
• Payroll
• IT
• Operations
• Compliance

This is a complex, multi-entity healthcare implementation requiring hands-on UKG expertise and strong enterprise-level stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation (Discovery Configuration Testing Go-Live Stabilization)
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, and IT
• Oversee module configuration and deployment:
• Timekeeping
• Advanced Scheduling
• EZ Call
• Timeclocks
• Ensure compliance with healthcare labor regulations
• Manage vendors and third-party integrations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive steering meetings
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE

• 3 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos) implementation experience
• At least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations
• Direct experience with:
• Timekeeping
• Advanced Scheduling
• EZ Call
• Timeclocks
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong documentation, PM tools, governance experience

Strongly Preferred

• Healthcare industry experience (hospital or health system)
• Multi-entity enterprise implementation experience
• Experience working in hybrid onsite environments
