Golang Backend Developer-IoT Platforms-Atlanta, GA Job Description

We are looking for a Golang Backend Developer to join our IoT & Automotive Solutions team. The role involves end-to-end backend service development, focusing on MQTT-based IoT connectivity, scalable microservices, and high-performance systems..

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Go (Golang)
Build and manage MQTT (3.x & 5) server-side services for IoT device connectivity
Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs
Handle high-volume data ingestion and processing
Optimize performance using Go concurrency
Build distributed, scalable systems
Write clean, testable code and support CI/CD pipelines
Work with Docker & Kubernetes for deployments
Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Golang
Solid knowledge of MQTT protocols
Experience with microservices & distributed systems
API development (REST, gRPC)
IoT protocols (MQTT, Kafka, OPC preferred)
Docker, Kubernetes
