Position : Media consultant / Video Manager
Location (Hybrid Local Candidates Only):
- 2 positions Burbank, CA
- 2 positions Greater Orlando, FL Start: Immediate / Earliest Availability Preferred
Role Overview
This role requires deep, direct Media & Entertainment industry experience adjacent industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand large enterprise Media & Entertainment accounts
- Drive strategic digital and technology transformation programs
- Manage global delivery teams across consulting, engineering, and outsourcing engagements
- Lead commercial strategy including revenue growth, margin management, and P&L ownership
- Build and maintain executive-level (CXO) client relationships
- Develop long-term account growth strategies and expansion roadmaps
Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience managing enterprise Media & Entertainment accounts
- Direct client engagement within major M&E organizations such as:
Disney, HBO, Warner Bros., Netflix, Apple TV+, Hotstar, Paramount, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, or similar - Strong background in consulting and outsourcing engagements
- Proven CXO-level stakeholder management
- Demonstrated executive presence and commercial maturity
- Experience operating within or directly managing large M&E enterprise environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be local to Burbank, CA or Greater Orlando, FL
- Open to hybrid work model
- Available to join at the earliest
