Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Power Platform Developer for a Full-Time position.
This talented developer will design, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver well-architected Canvas and Model Driven apps.

Key Responsibilities

• App Development: Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Pages/Portals) to meet Federal business requirements.
  
• Workflow Automation: Create automated workflows, alerts and processes using Power Automate to optimize efficiency.
  
• System Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Data Analytics: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration from multiple sources for custom reporting.
  
• Security & Compliance: Implement proper data security, role-based access controls, and ensure solutions meet organizational and Federal security standards.
  
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to refine processes and deliver technical solutions. Ability to work independently in a small team and take direction from peers.
  
• Documentation & Strategy: Maintain technical documentation, brainstorm application solutions, and recommend technical functionality to solve application issues.
  

Required Qualifications

Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with:

• Canvas App Development and Scripting
• Model Driven App Development and Scripting
• Custom Power Automate workflows
• Complex form development using validation rules
• Advanced permission management, e.g., item level unique permissions
• Power BI data management and report creation
• Form Customizers, App Customizers, Field Customizers, and Command Sets
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online modern site administration and development
• JSON formatting of list views and columns
• SharePoint List / Dataverse Expertise
• 508 Compliance/PDF Development
  
  Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with:
  
• SPFx development using Microsoft Graph
• Developing accessible user interfaces meeting Federal (Section 508) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Use of React Hook Form or other form validation library
• Azure DevOps or other source code control service
• PowerShell and PnP.PowerShell module
• Managed metadata and Term Store

• Manage individual priorities and time effectively
• Comfortable working in a small collaborative environment
• Ability to present ideas and solutions to other development team members
• Document development processes, update tasks daily and meet deadlines
• Able to take direction from senior technical staff and program management
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and recommended practices
