Summary
Location: Woonsocket, RI — Onsite
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior SRE / Production Reliability Engineer with strong production support, monitoring, automation, and incident management experience.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tidal, Apache Airflow/DAGs, Prometheus, PromQL, Python, and Shell scripting, along with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.

Manage and troubleshoot Tidal jobs and Apache Airflow DAGs in production.

Monitor production systems using Prometheus, PromQL, and Grafana.

Troubleshoot failed jobs, application issues, and production incidents.

Develop automation using Python and Shell/Bash scripting.

Act as Incident Commander for P1/P2 incidents and lead RCA/postmortems.

Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.

Work with Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform environments.

Support time-series anomaly detection for production monitoring.

Improve system reliability, monitoring, alerting, and operational automation.
