Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend technologies, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture. Experience in Finance or Banking domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications.
Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React or Angular.
Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Work with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and sprint planning.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
Frontend experience with React / Angular
Experience with REST APIs
Strong database knowledge in SQL / Oracle / MySQL
Cloud experience in AWS / Azure
Messaging systems experience with Kafka
Containerization using Docker
Orchestration using Kubernetes
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Finance / Banking domain
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in leading offshore/onshore teams
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
