Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Technology Innovation:
    • Bridge the strategic gap between core infrastructure, clinical devices, and applications to reduce site-level operational friction.
    • Lead enterprise innovation initiatives by driving the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML).
    • Facilitate executive discovery sessions to align technical capabilities with clinical operation values.
    • Partner with leadership to continuously update the 5-year technology roadmap amid rapid industry changes.
  • HIMSS INFRAM Assessment & Roadmap Execution:
    • Serve as the HIMSS expert to lead full, enterprise-wide INFRAM (Infrastructure Adoption Model) assessments.
    • Collect data, interview key personnel, analyze systems, and present technical evaluations to leadership at all levels.
    • Direct and manage technological programs as outlined in the 5-year plan derived from INFRAM findings.
  • Governance, Metrics & Performance Tracking:
    • Establish and manage governance frameworks linking infrastructure performance and system integrations directly to measurable improvements in patient care and throughput.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and ROI frameworks for performance, budgeting, and root-cause analysis of service disruptions.
    • Build dynamic storyboards and real-time dashboards to communicate program progress and identify gaps.
  • Enterprise Knowledge & Collaboration:
    • Centralize institutional knowledge, lead steering committees for standard-setting, and deliver targeted training to foster adoption across cross-functional teams.
