Required Experience & Skills

10+ years leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation programs.
Deep Salesforce platform expertise required.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting large ERP(Oracle Fusion) transformation programs and assessing downstream application impacts.
Proven ability to lead through influence and work across business and technology organizations.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specification, and executive communication skills.
