Title:AWS Cloud Migration Engineer
Location: Remote 
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Migration Engineer with hands-on expertise in migrating enterprise workloads 
from on-premises, VMware, Azure, or legacy environments to AWS. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered migration 
projects involving servers, applications, and databases while leveraging AWS-native migration services and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess existing infrastructure, applications, and databases for migration readiness.
* Execute server migrations using AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).
* Perform database migrations using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) and Schema Conversion Tool (SCT).

Required Qualifications
* Strong experience with AWS Migration Framework and 7 R''s migration strategies.
* Hands-on experience with AWS MGN, DMS, SCT, and Migration Hub.
* Experience with VMware-to-AWS and/or Azure-to-AWS migrations.
* Strong knowledge of AWS networking including VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Route 53, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.
* Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools.
* Experience migrating Windows Server, Linux, .NET, and SQL Server workloads.
* Strong understanding of migration planning, dependency mapping, cutover execution, and rollback procedures.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
* Experience with AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Program).
* Experience migrating large-scale enterprise environments.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, and CI/CD tools.
* Experience with post-migration optimization and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
