Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and MLOps practices. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data structures, hands-on coding ability, and experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, model optimization experience, and exposure to LLM fine-tuning and vector databases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications using Python.
Demonstrate strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms through hands-on coding.
Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, feature engineering, and validation on large datasets.
Design and implement NLP and Deep Learning models using transformer architectures.
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as LLaMA2, Dolly, or similar models.
Build and deploy Generative AI applications for real-world business use cases.
Implement prompt engineering strategies for optimized LLM responses.
Work with embeddings and vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector.
Apply statistical techniques including regression, hypothesis testing, clustering, and time-series analysis.
Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer-based models.
Experience working with GPT, BERT, or similar language models.
Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications.
Experience with vector databases and embedding techniques.
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
