Job Summary

We are looking for an entry-level Data Annotator to support a banking client with manual data entry, data review, data labeling, and basic data validation activities.

This role involves working extensively with Excel and internal systems to review information, enter data, categorize records, and verify that information is complete and accurate.

This is a good opportunity for candidates with 0 2 years of experience who are comfortable performing manual data-entry work and have basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume manual data entry using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
  • Review banking and customer-related records and enter information into predefined fields.
  • Copy, enter, update, and organize data from different documents and systems.
  • Label and categorize data based on simple instructions provided by the project team.
  • Compare information between documents, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.
  • Perform basic data validation and accuracy checks.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and update records regularly.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions and established procedures.
  • Complete assigned records within daily productivity targets.
  • Maintain accuracy while handling repetitive data-entry activities.
  • Report unclear or incorrect records to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with banking and customer information.
  • Participate in basic training sessions and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • 0 2 years of work experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with banking or financial information is a plus.
  • Experience working with Excel spreadsheets is preferred.
