We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, SCCM, Windows administration, mobile device support, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide onsite Level-2 IT support, resolve hardware/software issues, support end users, and maintain IT assets in a plant/office environment.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of Field/Desktop Support experience
  • Level-2 IT Support
  • Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting
  • SCCM
  • Desktop, Laptop & Printer Support
  • Hardware Break/Fix
  • Active Directory & Group Policy (Basic)
  • Mobile Device Support (MobileIron, iPhone, iPad, Android)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Backup & Restore (OS & Data)
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Audio/Video Conferencing Support
  • Asset Management & Hardware Procurement
  • Asset Refresh Experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite Level-2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software
  • Perform OS deployments, backups, and system restores
  • Support mobile devices and conferencing equipment
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and hardware procurement
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
  • Install and maintain cables and wiring where required
  • Support executive users and remote locations
  • Handle production support, incident resolution, and infrastructure projects
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and asset records
Preferred Skills:
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • MCSE or MCP Certification
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Plant Production Environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 30 kg
  • Comfortable working in a plant and office environment
