Platform Engineering & Observability Engineer (AI-enabled) (Platform Engineering, Observability & AI)
Location - Preferred: Alpharetta, GA and Berkely Heights, NJ (preferred location as discussed - Onshore (U.S.))
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement platform engineering solutions with a strong focus on scalability and reliability
· Build and manage end-to-end observability frameworks using:
o Dynatrace (full agent mode, enterprise-wide deployment) (logging, monitoring, analytics)
o Splunk (optional)
· Develop intelligent dashboards and automate monitoring insights
· Drive AI-enabled engineering practices, including:
o Leveraging AI tools like Codex and Claude
o Embedding AI into engineering workflows
· Implement predictive monitoring and alerting capabilities
· Design and deploy automated workflows and runbook automation
· Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong expertise in Platform Engineering / SRE / Observability
· Hands-on experience with:
o Dynatrace (mandatory)
· Experience in automation frameworks and workflow orchestration
· Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
· Ability to create intelligent dashboards and analytics solutions
· Understanding of predictive monitoring and AIOps concepts
Soft Skills
· Excellent communication skills (critical requirement)
· High confidence and client-facing presence
· Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
· Demonstrated ownership and accountability
