Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Landing Zone design, Azure Well‑Architected Framework, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation, and cloud migration strategies. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on architecture skills, and the ability to guide organizations through secure and scalable cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Landing Zone Design: Architect and implement enterprise‑grade landing zones aligned with governance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.

• Well‑Architected Framework: Apply Azure Well‑Architected principles to ensure reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

• IaC Automation: Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure DevOps pipelines to enable repeatable, automated deployments.

• Cloud Migration: Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization of workloads transitioning from on‑premises or other cloud platforms to Azure.

• Security & Governance: Establish policies, RBAC, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and compliant cloud environments.

• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions.

• Innovation: Stay current with Azure services and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and new capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Azure Architect or similar role in enterprise cloud environments.

• Strong knowledge of Azure Landing Zone concepts and implementation.

• Expertise in the Azure Well‑Architected Framework.

• Hands‑on experience with IaC automation (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Azure DevOps).

• Demonstrated success in cloud migration projects to Azure.

• Solid understanding of networking, identity, security, and governance in Azure.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.

• Experience with hybrid cloud and multi‑cloud strategies.

• Familiarity with containerization (AKS, Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.

• Knowledge of cost management and optimization strategies in Azure.
