Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist with 13+ years of IT experience, preferably in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, and Observability, along with hands-on experience designing and defining enterprise infrastructure architecture. This role requires building scalable, secure, and highly available platforms while driving automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:
13+ years of overall IT experience.
Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, and DevOps.
Expertise with Observability and Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Experience defining and implementing enterprise infrastructure architecture.
Hands-on with CI/CD, automation, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management.
Excellent troubleshooting, performance optimization, and communication skills.
