Job Description:

We're hiring a Cloud Solution Architect for one of our key technology partners, focused on managing and growing enterprise customers across USA. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in any of the below Microsoft products/technologies.

Key Requirements:

Modern Work

• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and hybrid working.
• Deliver impactful modern workplace strategies using Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Endpoint Management.

Security

• Strengthen customers' security posture using Microsoft Security technologies-including Defender, Purview, and Entra.
• Lead Zero Trust, identity governance, compliance, and threat protection initiatives.

Data & AI

• Support customers in unlocking insights via Azure Data Services, Fabric, Power BI, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Innovate with Co-pilot and AI models to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making.

Cloud & AI

• Architect and manage scalable cloud environments built on Azure's Cloud & AI platform.
• Deliver cloud native AI solutions, integrate Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and leverage Azure OpenAI Service to modernise processes and user experiences.

AI Business Solutions

• Build and implement AI-driven business solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
• Automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and streamline operations through intelligent applications.

Infrastructure

• Architect and migrate workloads to Azure, ensuring performance, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Modernize on-prem and hybrid environments using best practice cloud governance and operational excellence.

Digital & App Innovation

• Build or modernize applications using Azure App Services, containers, serverless architectures, and DevOps.
• Enable continuous innovation through modern development practices and automation.

Business Applications

• Transform business processes using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Streamline workflows, improve customer engagement, and build low code solutions that scale.

Minimum Responsibilities:

• Key technical resource for the customer
• Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance - Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts
• Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it
• Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
• Be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers' experience, software development goals and use of technology.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.

• Analyse problems
• Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
