Senior Mechanical Engineer 

Location: San Jose, CA – Onsite

Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in electro-mechanical enclosure design, mechanical architecture, and complex electronic product development. Strong background in system-level design, thermal and structural engineering, PCB integration, and cross-functional product development.

  • Develop mechanical architecture and enclosures for complex electronic products.
  • Translate product requirements into robust mechanical concepts and production-ready designs.
  • Define product-level mechanical architecture and interfaces between mechanical, PCB, electrical, and thermal systems.
  • Resolve complex system-level mechanical and thermal design issues.
  • Lead mechanical design activities and drive projects from concept through development and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with CAD and manufacturing engineers to resolve design and production issues.
  • Develop advanced thermal and structural solutions to meet product performance and reliability requirements.
  • Conduct design reviews and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in electro-mechanical enclosure/product design.
  • Strong experience with mechanical architecture and system-level design.
  • Broad knowledge of design constraints for sheet metal, plastics, die-cast components, and PCB layouts.
  • Experience with complex electronic products and PCB/mechanical integration.
  • Strong understanding of thermal and structural design principles.
  • Experience working with CAD and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving, technical communication, and project leadership skills.
