The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

CANDIDATES BASED OUTSIDE OF THE US WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

NOTE: This position will be either a Full-Time In-Office position or a Full-Time Remote position (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). The first week of employment will be in the office for training, then transition to either staying in the office or being fully remote.

The Estimator role can be primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.

We are seeking to hire an Experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator with prior experience bidding Data Center projects to join our Sales and Estimating team. This position requires a high-level of professionalism, ability to manage several deadlines at once, and organizational skills to succeed in a high-pressure environment. The IDEAL candidate will be a proactive member of the Estimating department providing a white-glove experience to our clients throughout the entire process and submit bids/proposals in a timely fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments.
  • Perform on-site and virtual take-offs
  • Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
  • Create estimates and proposals
  • Review and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
    • Will require multiple rounds during the bidding process.
  • Create Project handoff documents
  • Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education And Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required.
    • Prior experience bidding on data center projects is required
  • Familiarity with the Mission Critical Sector is a Plus
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelors in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills to ensure bids & proposals are submitted by deadline
