- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely feature delivery.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases, review results, and approve feature readiness.
- Drive a testing?first mindset to maintain quality standards.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to remove blockers and keep sprints on track.
- Lead meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to refine requirements and support implementation.
- Track progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning and ensure deployment readiness.
- Oversee testing activities, including test plans and defect tracking, to ensure high?quality deliverables.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Must have experience with personalization/experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target. Needs to have a decent technical acumen and history in technically complex organizations.
