Summary

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in infrastructure design and general building construction.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for developing and modifying architectural floorplans.
Experience in designing layouts for audio-visual systems and video conferencing hardware.
Experience with IoT device placement and network drop infrastructure.
Experience in interpreting architectural drawings and space optimization project designs.
Experience with enterprise telecom, network operations, and facility planning workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Modify architectural floorplans for integrated AV systems, video conferencing, and IoT devices.
Design technical solutions for network drop placements and telecom infrastructure paths.
Implement design updates using Bluebeam Revu to support space optimization projects.
Resolve infrastructure problems within space utilization and workplace design frameworks.
Coordinate with real estate bureaus, vendors, and contractors on construction initiatives.
Facilitate planning meetings to align technical infrastructure with building design goals.
Document technical specifications for network operations and enterprise telecom teams.
