Data Analyst

Currently we are searching for a Data Analyst (Databricks / Power BI) to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a 5-month contract that sits hybrid in the Atlanta, GA area. No work-visa sponsorship available.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports utilizing enterprise data stored within Databricks.
• Write and optimize SQL and/or Python queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support the migration of reporting and analytics from a legacy customer platform to a modern cloud-based data environment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable dashboards and actionable insights.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and improve data quality while working with complex datasets across multiple business functions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools within Databricks while validating generated code for accuracy and performance.

Position Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL and/or Python queries within a Databricks environment.
• Strong experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI connected to enterprise data sources.
• Experience joining multiple datasets, performing data transformation, and calculating business metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives, data migrations, or cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience building Databricks applications, Genie Rooms, or other native Databricks visualizations.
