Tier 2 support for Win11/Win10 and AVD platforms

Qualifications

Windows 10/11 & Enterprise Apps: Architecture, performance tuning, advanced troubleshooting; M365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive), Edge, line?of?business app support.

Directory & Policy: AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access/MFA; GPO design and modern policy via Intune. Networking: DNS/DHCP/VPN, certificate/TLS, proxy; end?to?end connectivity diagnosis for physical/virtual endpoints.

Security & Compliance: Defender AV/EDR, ASR, BitLocker; patch/update rings and rollout gating metrics. Endpoint Management: Intune, SCCM, remote support; inventory, compliance, and software distribution.

Automation: PowerShell for baselines, health checks, and diagnostics.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Host pools, multi?session Windows 10/11, image pipelines (SIG), App Attach; FSLogix profile containers; scaling plans & autoscale; Entra ID Conditional Access/MFA; Azure Stack HCI scenarios; runbooks for sign?out/disconnect/restart; KPI?driven operations (incident rate, backlog, app impact); automation with PowerShell/ARM/Bicep/Terraform
