Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM configuration, plugins, workflows, reporting, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement gathering and gap-fit analysis sessions
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions
- Develop integrations with ERP, LOB, on-premise, and online enterprise systems
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with MS Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory synchronization
- Perform data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar ETL tools
- Extend CRM functionality using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web Resources
- Configure CRM security models, roles, and permissions
- Develop OOB CRM reports and custom SSRS reports
- Customize CRM using JavaScript, OData/REST APIs, and CRM Web API
- Develop and maintain workflows, business process flows, and custom scripts
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
