Responsibilities: - Support the full lifecycle of network topologies, including LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Core Network, Routing, NPM tooling, Wi-Fi, VPN, WAF, and load balancer technologies.
- Provide operational support and resolve incidents and problems.
- Participate in project-related tasks to enhance network technology architecture.

Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering, including hands-on design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Highly collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced expertise in Cloud Formation, Terraform, Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC Peering, route tables, security groups, and NACLs.
- Solid understanding of data center networking fundamentals, including Layer 2/Layer 3 switching and routing, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, firewall, and load balancer configuration.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and performance tuning.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and platforms as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
- Experience with network platform technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, ISE, Arista, Radware, Palo Alto, and Extrahop is a plus.

Pay Range: $52 - $55/hr on W2
