This role focuses on building and enhancing modular, scalable systems that automate storage, and processing. The position involves working within a Windows-based environment, leveraging technologies such as C#, .NET framework and Core, WPF, XAML and SQL.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of software/product development experience
Strong expertise in C# development within Windows environments
Experience with multi-threading and multi-processor application development
Solid understanding of object-oriented design (OOD/OOP) and design patterns
Experience developing software that interfaces with electro-mechanical systems or hardware
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
Experience working in Agile development environments
Proven ability to design and build OEM or customer-facing software solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with WPF
Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
Experience with OCR or computer vision technologies
Background in automation, robotics, or scientific instrumentation

60% C# / .NET Development (Windows-based systems)
20% Multi-threading, system control, and hardware integration
10% Database interaction and data handling (SQL)
10% Cross-functional collaboration and design optimization

Daily Responsibilities

50% Designing, developing, and enhancing software for automation systems
20% Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams
15% Troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization
10% Participating in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles
5% Documentation and adherence to engineering standards
