Hybrid Every other week onsite in either Merrimack, NH or Boston, MA

Our client's innovation group uses emerging technologies and human-centered design to create products and services that improve financial lives. The organization provides expertise on new tools and techniques across the firm while incubating potential new lines of business.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Drive successful delivery of high-priority initiatives aligned to cybersecurity commitments.
  • Lead program planning, dependency mapping, and risk identification and mitigation.
  • Coordinate with portfolio leads and product area squads to deliver solutions using Agile practices.
  • Collaborate across business and technology teams in a matrix environment and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure progress toward goals and communicate status to stakeholders up to the executive level.
  • Promote continuous improvement and remove impediments by leveraging team expertise.
  • Manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment and lead change adoption.

Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements
  • 5 or more years of large project or program management experience using Agile frameworks and processes.
  • Proven technical experience in an IT development environment with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex technical projects requiring cross-organizational collaboration and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks for complex strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working with business and technical teams in a matrixed environment at all levels.
  • Ability to build positive relationships, influence with tact, and lead teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous scenarios into measurable plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in the financial services industry (preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
