What You'll Do as a Machine/Print Press OperatorAs a key player in our production team, you will:
- Operate and maintain automatic screen-printing equipment to meet production needs.
- Verify size, color, and type of products to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure color sequences are correct for each job.
- Install and adjust machine components for proper functionality.
- Maintain production rates while upholding high-quality standards.
- Continuously inspect products to ensure they meet job specifications and quality guidelines.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and equipment.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:
- Experience operating automated equipment.
- The ability to read and understand work orders in English.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- A team-player attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to bend, twist, and lift as needed.
- The ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete surface.
- A willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet production demands.
