Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable Pega solutions.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in IT/Application Development

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC

  • Experience with Pega Case Management, Workflow, and Rules

  • Strong knowledge of Pega application development and configuration

  • Experience with Pega UI, Sections, Harnesses, Views, and Portals

  • Strong understanding of Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and Decision Tables

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases

  • Experience with Pega debugging, performance tuning, and production support

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC

  • Experience working with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Pega applications.

  • Develop case types, workflows, business rules, and reusable components.

  • Configure Pega UI and application components based on business requirements.

  • Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP services.

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and other development teams.

  • Follow Pega best practices and ensure application quality and maintainability.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical guidance to team members.

  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)

  • Pega Decisioning / Customer Decision Hub

  • Pega Customer Service / Financial Services

  • Pega Cloud

  • REST / SOAP / JSON / XML

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains
