Job Title: Senior SAP Security Specialist Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days onsite) Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement security solutions within the SAP environment.
- Collaborate closely with SAP BASIS and development teams to ensure timely patch implementation and secure code deployment.
- Monitor and perform SOX controls specific to SAP security and GRC.
- Document processes, manage incidents, and ensure adherence to security controls.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain a strong culture of delivering projects with zero defects in production.
Required Qualifications: - Experience:
- 15+ years in SAP Security and GRC.
- Previous experience in SAP security design, architecture, and BASIS or development roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP systems, identity management, and auditing tools.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, Solution Manager, transport systems, RFC connections, Fiori, and workzone security.
- Expertise in vulnerability assessment, system monitoring, SIEM, and threat management.
- Knowledge of SOD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, SAP development (including ABAP), and authorization objects.
- Information Security:
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and frameworks.
- Familiarity with data protection laws to ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications:
- CISSP, SAP Security Certification, or equivalent.
- Methodologies:
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $155,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
