Must Have Qualifications:
This Technical Product Analyst position requires a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience. Candidates must have proven experience in data migration, integration, and modeling.
Advanced querying skills using SQL and DB2 are essential, with a strong preference for experience with Postgress. Knowledge of cloud service platforms is required, along with proficiency in Angular and familiarity with microservices architecture and API installation.
Experience with Agile methodology is a must, as is expertise in automation testing and writing automation test scripts, particularly with Cypress.
Additionally, candidates should have the ability to write technical user stories, daily stand up, demo sessions, deck preparation, and Agile ceremonies.

coordinate across several successful product teams' deliverables to meet divisional objectives.

Your Impact:
Lead initiatives to analyze complex business/product problems to be solved with automated systems.
Identify stakeholders and facilitate discussions or workshops to elicit and understand needs, requirements, and priorities.
Understand data movement and have detailed knowledge of upstream/downstream systems and their interactions and dependencies.
Work with teammates, including tech leads and architects, to clarify requirements and scope.
Create interactive concept prototypes and mockups of tools/applications or features to help partners and clients visualize, interact, and react prior to actual development, as well as in each stage of development.
Work with the product owner and the team to refine user stories, assist in prioritization, and plan upcoming development sprints.
Research and answer questions regarding system functionality, data movement, and processes.
Perform process modeling and data analysis, including business process flows and procedures.
Interact and connect with both business and technical personnel to tackle business challenges.
Write user stories based on business and data-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities.
Provide constructive support to both the Product Owner and IT team in product related decisions.
Encourage a customer-centric approach for the entire Modern Delivery team, consistently focusing on advancing Freddie Mac's mission.
Support the team in the development process by defining technical requirements based on in-depth and breadth of product/business knowledge.
Partner with the Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications.
Conduct Modern Delivery ceremonies in a manner that helps the team improve the working process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 6+ years of experience in mortgage/financial services.
Previous Agile experience required, including participation in stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and sprints.
Proficiency in gathering project requirements and translating them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria based on business-driven functionality and technical capabilities.
Strong analytical and process design skills; ability to define data requirements and integration options.
Ability to effectively communicate with business personnel to understand existing processes and define future processes.
Experience working with different collaborators to identify their needs and translate those needs into product capabilities.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools; knowledge of program management governance practices to support compliance with change standards.
SQL knowledge, expertise in writing and executing queries.
Knowledge of technologies supporting microservices, APIs, and databases, including DB2 and Postgres, is preferred.
