Position: Oracle HCM functional Consultant

Location: Cumming GA

Required Skills: Core HR, ORC, MD50

Key Responsibilities:

Gathering requirements identifying gaps and working with biz to present solution options
Writing design or MD50s for any development need like integrations etc
Implement and configure HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using HCM solutions.
Design solutions that meet business requirements and align with HCM best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of HCM solutions, including HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with HCM best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
