What youwill do?

Take the leadon multipleAHU relatedprojects thatinclude:Product Development,Technology R&D,Product Data Analysis, Engineering data management, productSeismicCompliance efforts,andlaboratory testing of product performance.

ThisEngineeris responsiblefor their success in achieving project results, maintaining their project schedule,in addition tocontributing totheobjectives of the AHU Business. They willhave technical,commercial and schedule responsibilitiesfor the team and will coordinate activities with other Engineering or AHU business members. This position is a blend of working Engineer, Project Manager,Data Analyst,Researcherand facilitator.

• Lead by example, challengeyourself and providesuggested paths forward on projects.

• Providetechnical leadershipas an Engineer

• Exercise understandingofproduct implementation,manufacturability, compliance requirementsand costing

• Collaborate with other teams and individuals for knowledge & resources.

• Execute multiple projects, provide guidance,prioritiesandidentifychallenges.

• Communicate project status andestimated work contentto be consistent and predictable.

• Demonstrategood decision makingand critical thinking skills

• Adhere to the Company\'s Business Ethics Standards

What we look for

?

Required

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineeringor related field of study or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 8 years? experience inAHUdesignor in a related field.

• Greattime management skills with a desire to learn and expand existing knowledge base.

• Travel, approximately10%. Some international travel may be required.

SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $145,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
