Summary

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle PDH / PLM Consultant to support product data governance and lifecycle management initiatives within Oracle Cloud. The role involves implementing and optimizing Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to improve product data quality, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration across business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Oracle PLM Cloud modules.
  • Manage product master data, item structures, product hierarchies, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Configure item classes, attributes, catalogs, and change orders.
  • Support product onboarding, product development, and engineering change management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Design and maintain product data governance standards and validation rules.
  • Integrate PDH/PLM with other Oracle Cloud modules such as SCM, Manufacturing, and ERP.
  • Support data migration, data cleansing, and product data synchronization activities.
  • Provide functional documentation, testing support, and user training.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support post-implementation enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle PDH and/or Oracle PLM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product master data concepts.
  • Hands-on experience configuring item structures, change management, and product workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM ecosystem.
  • Ability to work directly with business and technical teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI).
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain processes.
  • Prior Oracle Cloud implementation or upgrade experience.
  • Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
