We are seeking to hire a Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform Configuration Lead to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a large Federal Gov’t Contractor in the DC area. This role is 100% remote.
Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.

Overview:
The Icertis Technical Configuration Lead will drive the implementation, design, and customization of the Icertis GovCon platform, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution.
They are responsible for configuring workflows, templates, and integrations, ensuring system scalability, and often leading technical teams to deploy AI-powered contract management solutions.
The Icertis Technical Configuration Lead will also be responsible for upskilling, coaching, mentoring 3-5 Icertis Technical Consultants.
Role Responsibilities
System Configuration & Design: Design and implement ICI GovCon platform, including data modeling, workflows, and user interface configuration. Build the Icertis GovCon platform through system configuration of the templates, rules, and workflows in accordance with the requirements.
· Create prototype demos, support to-be design, manage production pushes and manage configuration incidents.
Integration & Technical Expertise: Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) using APIs and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO). Implement and enable implementation for out-of-the-box as well as custom integrations based on business requirements
Technical Leadership: Upskill, coach and mentor junior Icertis Configuration Consultants.
Documentation & Testing: Creating technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Own the creation of the configuration workbook, with the support of the technical configuration consultants
· Own integration technical design/interface requirements document (IRD) and support end to end integration, with the support of the technical configuration consultants
· Support cutover and deployment activities including defect resolution/configuration.
Required Skills – experience in the following required:
· U.S. Citizenship required
· Icertis Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, specifically configuring templates, clauses, rules, metadata, and workflows.
· Implementation Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, specifically managing the full lifecycle (Requirement, Design, Configuration, UAT, Deployment).
· Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth for integrating Icertis with enterprise systems like Salesforce
· Azure Familiarity: Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms.
· Data Migration Familiarity: Coordinate with the data migration team on mapping fields from legacy systems to Icertis.
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to document functional requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into technical specifications.
Functional Knowledge:
· Deep understanding of contract management processes, procurement, or legal workflows.
Preferred Skills
· Active Icertis technical certification(s).
· Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., in DiscoverAI).
· Knowledge of Azure Data Lake.
· Experience with DevOps and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
