Position Overview:

Senior NetSuite techno / functional Architect with 15 years of experience in NetSuite, particularly in O2C and SCM hardware flows, is sought to guide us through our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate should have experience working in integrated environments with exposure to Salesforce, Boomi, or similar platforms. They will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with business and IT teams to identify the impact of changes and explore suitable solutions. The candidate should be able to articulate solutions effectively, gain stakeholder consensus, and translate requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) while working closely with our development teams. The role involves supporting the project lifecycle, from build to test and production transition. This roles requires the consultant to be on site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee NetSuite 2026.2 solutions across Core Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Order-to-Cash (order management, billing, revenue recognition, collections).
• Lead system support, configuration, and customization efforts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end O2C workflows, improving automation, accuracy, and cycle times.
• Define and enforce NetSuite architectural standards, governance, and best practices.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, tax engines, payment gateways) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).
• Experience with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Exposure to SaaS or subscription billing models.
• Familiarity with tax solutions and payment integrations.
• 10+ years'' experience with NetSuite
• Local to Santa Clara or willing to relocate
