**Job Title:** Oracle FDI Developer / Analyst
**Location:** US Remote (Hybrid option: 2 3 days onsite in Bay Area if local)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Oracle FDI Developer / Analyst** to support enterprise finance analytics initiatives. This role partners closely with FP\&A, Accounting, and Procurement teams to deliver high-quality, self-service analytics using Oracle Financial Data Intelligence (FDI).
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead business requirements and discovery workshops with finance stakeholders
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
- Design and implement Oracle FDI data models, pipelines, and semantic layers
- Build dashboards, reports, and self-service datasets
- Configure drill-downs, filters, prompts, row-level security, and entitlements
- Map financial metrics (Revenue, COGS, Opex, Cash Flow, AP/AR aging, PO cycle time) to source systems
- Establish data quality checks and documentation standards
- Support UAT and production deployments
- Deliver demos, training, playbooks, and release documentation to drive adoption
**Required Qualifications:**
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Strong understanding of finance KPIs and accounting concepts
- Experience working directly with FP\&A, Accounting, and Procurement teams
- Proven ability to build semantic layers, dashboards, and self-service analytics
- Experience with security, data entitlements, and validation processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement)
- Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or Oracle BI
- Experience with data integration tools or Oracle Integration Cloud
- Consulting or systems integrator background
- Agile delivery experience and relevant certifications
