Willow Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Willow Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Configure, build, and support Epic Willow Inpatient pharmacy functionality
* Design and maintain medication records, order sets, and pharmacy workflows
* Partner with pharmacy staff and IT teams to support safe and effective medication management
* Serve as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows through Epic functionality
* Support system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
* Create and maintain documentation, build specifications, and training materials
* Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, workflows, and project goals

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Epic Willow Inpatient certification required
* 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or business-IT collaboration
* Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication workflows
* Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for business users
* Experience supporting EHR systems in a healthcare environment
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working on multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
