Scrum Master / Business Analyst – Workday Finance (Operations & Enhancements)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to help operationalize incoming work across Workday Financials. This individual will play a key role in managing incident intake, triaging requests, coordinating enhancements, and ensuring work is properly shaped and prioritized before entering the delivery team.

This role blends Agile coordination, functional Workday Finance knowledge, and hands-on ServiceNow experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Intake Management

Enhancement & Backlog Coordination

Workday Finance Functional Support and Understanding

• Maintain strong working knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including:
• Financial Data Model (FDM)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Other core finance functions
• Assess and shape requests based on functional impact within Workday.
• Support configuration and hands-on system updates when bandwidth allows.

Required Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (FDM, AP, GL, etc.).
• Experience managing incidents and enhancements within ServiceNow.
• Ability to triage, categorize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
