Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to support supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel, SQL, ERP systems, inventory data, forecasting, and supply chain reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and logistics data.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand, supply, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost and process improvement.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
• Analyze supplier performance, lead times, costs, and delivery metrics.
• Work with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and perform data validation.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and analytical models.
• Assist with supply and demand planning activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and analytical results.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience analyzing inventory, purchasing, logistics, or operational data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Understanding of procurement and supplier management.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
