Job Summary: The Virtual QA Specialist will be responsible for testing and evaluating our software, digital products, or services to identify issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve overall user experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing of applications across multiple platforms and devices.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Verify fixes and validate improvements through re-testing.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
Generate detailed reports on testing progress and quality metrics.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working remotely and with virtual teams.
Knowledge of relevant programming languages or scripting is a plus.
