Enterprise Platform Lead

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

·         10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data platform roles.

·         Proven experience leading Enterprise Platforms or programs.

·         Strong understanding of governance frameworks and operating models.

·         Experience implementing AI-enabled capabilities or supporting AI use cases within governed data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.

·         Understanding of responsible AI principles, metadata-driven AI enablement, and governance controls required to support compliant AI adoption.

·         Provide end-to-end ownership of governance platforms such as Collibra, Atlan, Alation, and Manta, including configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous enhancement.

·         Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

·         Experience operating within environments with strong audit, risk, and regulatory oversight.

·         Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive enterprise adoption.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to translate business needs into scalable governance platform capabilities.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
