Role Summary
The Cyber Security Communications & Change Management Lead is responsible for enterprise‑wide cyber security communications and change enablement. The role translates complex cyber risks and technology changes into clear, actionable messages that drive secure employee behaviors and support adoption of cyber initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cyber security communications and awareness programs across the organization
Develop and deliver change and stakeholder communications for major cyber initiatives
Create executive and workforce messaging to explain cyber risks, controls, and changes
Partner with Cyber leadership, PMO, Corporate Communications, HR, and OCM teams
Support adoption of new cyber tools, controls, and operating models

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in communications, change management, cyber security, or technology programs
Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Experience supporting large, enterprise‑wide change initiatives
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills
