Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare, Data, and Technology initiatives to lead cross-functional projects supporting digital transformation, data analytics, and enterprise technology programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, and technical acumen to successfully deliver complex projects involving healthcare data platforms, analytics solutions, system integrations, and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology and data-driven initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, risk registers, and status reporting.

Partner with business stakeholders, clinical teams, data engineers, architects, and technology leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.

Manage projects involving healthcare data platforms, data warehousing, reporting, analytics, interoperability, and enterprise application integrations.

Coordinate implementation efforts related to EHR/EMR systems, healthcare applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and data modernization initiatives.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive-level status updates.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while developing mitigation and contingency plans.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and organizational governance standards.

Track project financials, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.

Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of project management best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Program Management experience leading technology and data-focused initiatives.

Healthcare industry experience (Healthcare Technology, Clinical Systems, or Healthcare Analytics).

Experience managing Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Data Integration, Reporting, BI, or Data Governance projects.

Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems including EHR/EMR platforms, interoperability, and healthcare workflows.

Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
