Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Wacker Dr floor 26 Chicago IL 60606/Remote

Type: Contract 6-12 Months

Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the organization’s Salesforce environment to ensure efficient business operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver CRM solutions.
Ensure data accuracy through imports, deduplication, and validation.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Strong understanding of data management and security model.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with third-party integrations or AppExchange apps.
Basic knowledge of Apex or SOQL.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
