About the Role

We''re looking for an 10+ year''s Automation QA Expert (AI) to lead the transformation of legacy test automation frameworks into scalable, AI-enabled automation platforms. In this role, you''ll leverage modern tools, reusable components, and cloud-native architectures to modernize quality engineering practices and accelerate the software delivery lifecycle.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of test automation and applied AI — someone who wants to shape how Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools are used to improve test design, coverage, and delivery velocity.

What You''ll Do

• Lead the transformation of legacy test automation frameworks into scalable, AI-enabled automation platforms using modern tools, reusable components, and cloud-native architectures
• Utilize Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate test design, script generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance
• Design and implement intelligent test automation solutions across UI, API, data, and integration layers using contemporary automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive automation architecture, framework governance, and best practices to ensure maintainability, reliability, and observability
• Ensure seamless integration of automation practices with DevSecOps processes
• Partner with development, product, and quality engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce technical debt
• Establish next-generation quality engineering practices that improve release velocity and overall software quality

What We''re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools for engineering workflows (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• Strong background in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and/or Cypress
• Proven experience with API automation and testing across UI, API, data, and integration layers
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience leading test framework modernization and quality engineering transformation initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering across development, product, and QE teams
