Your role in our mission

Acts as the point of contact for all Project Management Office topics with the client
Develops, refines, and manages all Project Governance for the account
Assisting in the monitoring and tracking of all Service Level Agreements
Manages formal client correspondence including Corrective Action Plans and Internal account improvement initiatives
Oversees assigned Project Management personnel for their engagement. Assigns work and provides direction regarding timeliness and completion of project objectives.
Manages resource assignment and allocation and provides resource utilization forecasts
Works closely with the Account General Manager and Application Delivery Manager to hit account goals and objectives
Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions, including:
o Change Control management: Experienced in managing system and business changes through a defined change control model
o Schedule Management: Knowledgeable in the use of scheduling tools such as MS Project/MSPO to manage a portfolio or client projects
o Deliverable Management - identify, track, and manage
o Risk/Issue/Action Management: Manage to the Risk Management plan
o Communication Management: Responsible to produce all contractual artifacts including status reports
o Project Governance Updates: Maintain and evolve as necessary
o Mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
o Ensure that the PMO is helping deliver our projects to exceed client expectations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a PMO, preferably experienced in standing up a PMO
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing large scale Information Technology projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Conveys an expert-level knowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exudes credibility as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers, and vendor groups

The pay range for this position is $103,300.00 - $147,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
